Right capacitive sender
Mon, Aug 18th 2008
I started tonight with positioning and drilling the T-813 capacitive plates to their respective ribs with a #20 drill. I enlarged the holes in the ribs to 1/4", and trimmed the inboard T-813 plate for clearance from the skin stiffeners. Then I attached nutplates to the T-813 plates and put a small groove in the SB437-4 snap bushings to allow room for the sender wire. Lastly, I cut the required wire lengths for both tanks and soldered the required terminals to them.
