Center section prep for riveting

I've gotten behind in the build log, so this entry covers the entire month of October. I scuffed, dimpled and primed all of the appropriate parts for the center section and riveted nutplates to the F-716 ribs. I installed the crotch strap kit for both seats, and I also riveted the seat and baggage ribs to the F-704 and F-705 bulkheads.
