More center section

Today I deburred the ribs for the baggage area floor and the F-776 center section bottom skin, then clecoed the ribs and skin to the seat ribs and F-704D-R and F-705 bulkheads. I trimmed the F-623 corner ribs, fabbed the attach straps, and final drilled all of the holes in the skin.
