Deburring, dimpling and priming

Sat, Nov 3rd 2007

Today was spent just as the title says. I undid all of the work I did yesterday and deburred all of the edges of the parts, then deburred all of the holes. I had to countersink some of the holes in the VS-808PP for some flush rivets. I spent a fair amount of time on this one piece due to it's shape and thickness. After everything was deburred and smooth, I dimpled all of the holes in the ribs, spars (where applicable) and the skin. I then hung all the smaller pieces up and shot them with primer, along with the inside of the VS-801PP skin.
