Bending the longerons

Today was spent hammering, bending, and twisting the F-718 longerons into shape. I started by cutting them to length, trimming excess material out of the aft ends and then making a cardboard template for the bend curvature. Then I clamped a vice to one of my work tables and started hammering the bend into the aluminum angle. When I had them in the proper shape, I clamped, then drilled the F-721-B's to the longerons.
