prepping 707-712 bulkheads

Sat, May 22nd 2010

Today was kind of a long day of cutting, drilling, deburring, cleaning and priming the F-707, 708, 709, 710, 711, and F-712 bulkheads. I had to cut some aluminum bar stock for the F-711C stabilizer attach bars. Now that I'm done with them, I think maybe I should have trimmed them to the specs for an "A" model to save some weight, and help out if someone decides to convert it to an "A" down the road. Oh well...... I also cut the F-710B and F-711D angles and match drilled them. Then I scuffed, cleaned and primed all the parts.
