Started F-706

Got back to work on the plane today. First thing I did was bolt the seat belt brackets, F-705H blocks and F-661EF flap bearing blocks in place, then I got started on the F-706 bulkhead. I clecoed all the parts together that I could, cut the F-728B and F-729B&C out of aluminum angle, then clamped and drilled the angles to their respective ribs. I final drilled all the parts, disassembled them, and deburred the holes.
