Right ER tank

Started today with cutting the hole in the bottom leading edge of the right wing for the inspection panel. Next up, I drilled the mounting brackets for the tank to the inboard rib and bolted the brackets in place. Then I drilled the mounting holes for the resevoir at the wingtip and drilled the bottom piano hinge to the outboard edge of the wing.
