Fitting the left ER tank

Today I drilled the ER tank mounting brackets to the ribs. I have no idea how you are supposed to do this on the inside of the wing without the "optional" inspection panel! Maybe with a 12" #12 drill bit, but I don't have one! Luckily, my Makita is JUST small enough to fit inside the leading edge and allow me to drill the brackets to the rib.
